You will understand ENEXIA's business - renewable-energy trading (market transactions) and balancing (supply-demand management) - discover problems alongside the people who actually run operations, and design business processes, data, systems, and governance as one integrated whole to evolve the company's entire operation. You treat operations themselves as a product and build the \"operating system of the company\" that keeps running as the business grows 10x and 100x.\nYou join as a founding member of the newly established Business Platform Team, shaping the team's role and ways of working from scratch - which problems to tackle first, what architecture to use, how much to standardize, and what rules to set.
