We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.\nJob description:\nEnfinity Global is looking for aHR Intern that will be part of the Americas HR department reporting in Miami, Florida.\nKey Responsibilities\nEmployee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.\nSupport Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.\nPayroll Support: Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines.\nPolicy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and regulations.\nOnboarding and Offboarding: Help coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.\nHR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.\nProcess Improvement: Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency.\nEmployee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nYou have or are doing a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nYou have 0-2 years of internship experience and/or relevant coursework in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.\nYou show proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.\nYou have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nYou have the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.\nYou show strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.\nYou have a proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.\nIn Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
