We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.\n\nAbout the Role:\nEnfinity Global is looking for Analyst - Power Systems Studies with minimum 3 years of experience who will be responsible for\nSupport management of all interconnection activities through full life cycle of application, development and construction of solar PV + storage projects in MISO, PJM, SPP, WECC and ERCOT.\nTrack ISO / Utility transmission expansion plans, resource plans and interconnection regulations as they evolve.\nSupport the preparation and filing of interconnection requests.\nSupport as needed in power system modelling include injection studies, load flow studies and curtailment studies.\nThe candidate should have a deep knowledge of Electrical Engineering with a special focus on Power Systems and Power Electronics. This person must have strong relationships with relevant stakeholders and teams.\nThe candidate shall be able to perform their activities complying with International Standards.\nThis role encompasses strategic planning responsibilities, providing an opportunity to expand professional expertise and capabilities. Candidates will be accountable for managing project timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams in collaboration with colleagues based in India and the United States.\n\nOur final candidate will require strong negotiation, leadership, communication, technical and critical thinking skills, adaptability, problem solving, data analysis and a high level of proactivity, and be comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and with highly expansive growth strategies.\nRequirements\nKey responsibilities & Skills:\nPower system modelling.\nInterconnection filing.\nElectrical Design.\nReport writing.\nAnalytical Thinking.\nExpertise with ETAP, PSSE, PSLF, ASPEN & PSCAD modelling.\nFamiliarity with Transmission system and interconnection process across ISOs/Utilities in US.\nKnowledge around Utility OATT policies, transmission cost regulations, ISO transmission planning; background in transmission project design, construction and cost estimates around sub-stations / transmission lines / switchyard and schedule management.\nQualifications & Experience:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Electrical or Power in any sector.\nExperience around solar + storage interconnection project designs\nExperience in transmission cost \nOrganized and meticulous person.\nAbility to set, manage, and track multiple priorities and related details\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nAdvanced user of Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nFluent in English (professional vocabulary is a must).\nCreative thinker, trying to find new ways of doing things\nHands-on mentality, and focus on getting things done\nTaking ownership and wanting to get things right\nIn Enfinity Global you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
