We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.\nJob Description\nEnfinity Global is currently looking for a Site Manager who will serve as the on-site leader for a large-scale BESS Power project in Houston Texas responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all construction, commissioning, and early-operations activities. This role will be located at the project site and acts as the primary interface between contractors, engineering teams, local authorities, landowners, and corporate leadership. The Site Manager ensures the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and performance standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEPC contract management and on-site operations. Able to review of project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, schedule, etc.\nAssure that the project is completed within time and budget when a site is under construction\nSupervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that Enfinity Global’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.\nEnsure construction and site safety, as well as preparation of site reports, designs and safety/quality control reports.\nEnsure project compliance with Companies Social Responsibility, Quality, Environmental and Safety standards, practices, and internal codes.\nSupport all close-out documentation to Asset Management team at completion of the projects.\nRequirements\n3 - 5 plus years of experience in quality roles managing site operations and power plant sites under constructions.\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering.\nExperience in the Renewables Industries.\nIn-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in the US.\nDemonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.\nProblem-solving skills; high ability to work under pressure.Fluent in English\nIn Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
