We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.\nJob Description:\nEnfinity Global is looking for a Structured Finance Associate to support the structuring and execution of project finance transactions for renewable energy and power infrastructure assets across Japan. This role involves financial modeling, lender and stakeholder coordination, and preparation of investment and financing materials to support the company's financing strategy in the Japanese market.\nThe key tasks are to support the structuring and execution of non-recourse project debt, mezzanine debt and equity; liaise with Japanese and international banks, advisors, and investment partners; conduct financial due diligence and support M&A transactions; build and maintain financial models; prepare investment committee and lender materials; and coordinate documentation between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the origination and structuring of financing (debt and equity) for renewable energy and power infrastructure projects in Japan.\nSupport financial due diligence and M&A transactions involving renewable energy and power infrastructure assets in Japan.\nAct as a bilingual liaison between Enfinity's global finance team and Japanese banks, advisors, and regulators.\nBuild and maintain robust financial models to support financing and investment decisions.\nDeliver high-quality investment materials, lender presentations, and financing documentation in both Japanese and English.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.\nMaster's degree or MBA is a plus.\nAt least 2-5 years of experience in structured finance, project finance, or corporate banking, ideally within the power, energy, or infrastructure sectors. Prior experience in development or heavy-asset industries (e.g., energy, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing) is highly valued.\nCFA, FMVA, or similar financial certification (a plus).\nNative or business-level fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), with strong professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks across cultures under tight deadlines.\nAdvanced financial modeling and valuation skills.\nProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.\nExperience preparing investment memos, lender materials, and presentations.\nExperience in power, energy, or renewable energy project finance in Japan.\nFamiliarity with Japanese lending practices, METI regulations, and local financial institutions.\nStrategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nIn Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.
