This role will own backlog execution and delivery for a defined product area while partnering closely with Engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to ship high-quality enterprise software.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong product execution discipline with an AI-first mindset and the ability to translate ambiguous, high-stakes business problems into clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and scalable workflows.\nThis role sits at the intersection of enterprise product management, agile delivery, and AI-enabled software development. You will help shape both how we build software internally and how AI capabilities are incorporated into the ENFOS platform.\nYour work will directly impact how finance, accounting, operations, and compliance teams govern Environmental Obligations across global industrial enterprises.\nWhat You'll Do:\n1. Own the Product Backlog and Drive Delivery\nOwn backlog prioritization and delivery for a defined product area, translating strategy into clear, executable work for Engineering and QA.\nOwn and prioritize the backlog to maximize customer value, risk reduction, and business outcomes \nWrite clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definitions of Done \nLead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, making clear scope and trade-off decisions \nPrioritize using product usage data, customer feedback, support themes, and revenue impact \nDocument prioritization rationale and key product decisions\n2. Partner with Engineering, QA, and UX to Ship High-Quality Software\nProduct Owners at ENFOS are deeply embedded in the development team. Your job is to remove ambiguity, accelerate decisions, and protect quality so the team can ship complex, audit-grade functionality on a predictable cadence.\nPartner with Engineering on solution design, sequencing, dependencies, and technical trade-offs \nPartner with QA on test strategy, regression risk, edge cases, and release readiness \nPartner with UX to simplify complex workflows and validate designs with customers \nLead story-level discovery, clarify requirements, and break large initiatives into shippable increments \nOwn release readiness, including release notes and internal enablement for Customer Success and Support\n3. Bring an AI-First Mindset to Product and to How We Work\nAI is becoming a core part of both the ENFOS platform and how the product organization operates.\nHelp shape AI-native features including assistants, anomaly detection, document intelligence, and intelligent automation \nDefine AI acceptance criteria and guardrails, including traceability, evaluation, and human oversight appropriate for audit-grade systems \nUse AI tools daily to accelerate story writing, requirements analysis, customer feedback synthesis, and release communications \nStay current on relevant AI patterns including LLMs, agents, retrieval, and evaluation frameworks \nInstrument what we ship, define success metrics upfront, and measure post-release outcomes\n4. Engage Customers, Business Stakeholders, and Domain Experts\nENFOS supports finance, accounting, and operations leaders at global industrial enterprises in managing Environmental Obligations and accounting requirements.\nEngage customers through interviews, usability sessions, and in-app communications \nPartner with Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, and Sales to validate priorities and convert feedback into product improvements \nCollaborate across Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams and subject-matter experts to ensure regulatory and audit alignment \nCommunicate priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders\nExpectations:\nYou will be evaluated on:\nCustomer and business outcomes delivered by your product area \nBacklog clarity, sprint predictability, and delivery execution \nProduct quality, audit defensibility, and AI traceability \nCross-functional collaboration with Engineering, QA, UX, Customer Success, and stakeholders \nDepth of customer understanding reflected in prioritization and trade-off decisions \nAbility to operate independently and make sound decisions with incomplete information \nEffective use of AI to improve team leverage and product capabilities\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Need:\n5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within enterprise B2B SaaS or complex business applications \nProven track record owning backlogs and delivering enterprise software with Engineering, QA, and UX teams \nStrong Agile/Scrum expertise including backlog management, refinement, acceptance criteria, and sprint execution \nAbility to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes \nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with usage data, SQL, BI tools, and metrics-driven prioritization \nDemonstrated AI-first mindset and experience using AI tools to accelerate product work \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences \nStrong ownership mentality and bias for action \nComfort working directly with enterprise customers and stakeholders\nPreferred\nExperience operating across multiple Scrum teams or coordinating shared dependencies in a platform environment\nExperience in finance, accounting, ERP, GRC, audit, or other regulated enterprise SaaS domains \nExperience shipping AI/ML-enabled features, including evaluation and human-in-the-loop design \nBenefits\nHow You'll Be Compensated:\nSalary range in the US: $120,000 -
