At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe Assistant Project Manager - HNE will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with managing the project life cycle process on assigned projects. The APM will assist in obtaining project pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, management of subcontractors/vendors, and project schedules.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings, incident investigations, and maintaining employee involvement.\nResponsible for assisting project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.\nWork with the Project Manager to ensure proper planning and management of the installation of HVAC and plumbing to ensure that the installation meets code and project requirements and is brought in on time and under budget.\nParticipate in operation, corporate, and departmental meetings, as required to successfully execute the project and/or departmental goals.\nAssist the Project Manager in preparations of vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings to reflect contract drawings, specifications, and estimates.\nActively participate in monthly reports and cost reviews, capturing deviations from plan or schedule. Working with the project team in order to bring the project in on time and under budget.\nAssist the Project Manager as needed with estimating change orders, project documentation, and project close-out, including commissioning requirements.\nResponsible for actively participating with the project team on all facets of the project life cycle to ensure project goals are met; while developing a skillset to progress one's career in the mechanical industry.\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering.\n0-2 years' experience in the industry.\nThorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods.\nAbility to read construction plans and specifications.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nDetail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong knowledge of the industry and the Company's competitors.\nExcellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nExperience in processing submittals.\nExperience in heavy commercial construction.\nHands-on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination.\nTravel Requirements\n40-60% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.\nPhysical Activities\nClimbing stairs.\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods\nAscending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles\nMoving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another\nEnvironmental Conditions\nQuiet environment\nNoisy environment\nOutdoor elements such as precipitation and wind\nPhysical Demands\nMedium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds\nPay Range\nUSD $27.92 - USD $37.29 /Hr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
