At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with managing the project life cycle process on assigned projects. They must assist in obtaining project pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, management of subcontractors/vendors, and project schedules\nResponsibilities\nAssists in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings, incident investigations, and maintaining employee involvement.\nResponsible for assisting project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.\nWorks with the Project Manager to ensure proper planning and management of the installation of HVAC and plumbing to ensure that the installation meets code and project requirements and is brought in on time and under budget.\nParticipates in operation, corporate, and departmental meetings, as required to successfully execute the project and/or departmental goals.\nAssists Project Manager in preparations of vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings to reflect contract drawings, specifications and estimates.\nActively participates in monthly reports and cost reviews, capturing deviations from plan or schedule.\nWorking with project team as necessary in order to bring the project in on time and under budget.\nAssists Project Manager as need with estimating change orders, project documentation, and project close out, including commissioning requirements.\nResponsible for actively participating with the project team on all facets of the project life cycle to ensure project goals are met, while developing a skillset to progress one's career in the mechanical industry.\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\n0-2 years applicable field work experience.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nMust be able to read construction plans and specifications.\nThorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment and methods.\nHands-on experience in craft supervision and labor coordination.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.\nWell-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.\nAbility to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management\nAbility to process submittals, experience.\nExperience in heavy commercial construction.\nTravel Requirements\n0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.\nPhysical Activities\nClimbing stairs.\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers\nEnvironmental Conditions\nQuiet environment\nPhysical Demands\nLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds\nPay Range\nUSD $58,080.00 - USD $77,570.00 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
