Conducts analysis and interpretation related to the organizations compensation programs.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain and update employee compensation data in the HR information system (HRIS).\nConduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.\nPrepare reports on compensation trends and analysis for management review.\nConduct salary surveys and research industry compensation benchmarks to inform pay decisions.\nAnalyze market data to identify potential salary gaps and recommend adjustments.\nPrepare presentations summarizing market insights for leadership\nProcess salary changes including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments based on performance evaluations.\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners to determine appropriate salary ranges for new positions\nCalculate and administer salary adjustments for cost-of-living adjustments or other company initiatives\nEnsure adherence to all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.\nMonitor and update compensation practices to maintain compliance with changing regulations\nAssist in the job evaluation process to ensure accurate job grading and salary positioning.\nReview and update job descriptions to reflect current responsibilities and market demands\nGenerate reports on compensation metrics such as average salary, salary distribution, and pay equity.\nAnalyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments\nProvide support and answer compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers.\nCollaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth integration of compensation practices with other HR function\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field\n2+ years of experience in compensation administration or related HR role\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel\nExperience with HR information systems (HRIS)\nStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations related to compensation\nTravel Requirements\n0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.\nPhysical Activities\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods\nClimbing stairs.\nEnvironmental Conditions\nQuiet environment\nPhysical Demands\nLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds\nPay Range\nUSD $60,084.00 - USD $80,266.50 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
