At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe Data Center Project Executive is responsible for management of the project team, high level execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and project management of a particular project. They are maintaining and acting in accordance with the Companies’ core values and to lead by example.\nResponsibilities\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nManagement of all project team members (Project Managers, Project Engineers, and administrative staff) - Project teams could range from 10-50 employees.\nChampion project safety and risk management for the company.\nMentors and trains project managers for fast-paced growth development and apply the Company people practices.\nUnderstands, explains and monitors financial budgets and labor productivity goals.\n100% Detailed/hands-on knowledge of Project Requirements and Deliverables.\nSolid & capable of understanding of building processes and systems.\nCost Control/Billings/Collections/Change Management/Monthly Status Reports.\nCompletes understanding of cost estimating, budgeting and forecasting.\nKey point of contact for the BIM and Fabrication business units.\nAccountable for project completion and financials, Critical Success Factors, Customer Satisfaction Results.\nReviews monthly financial reports and PM cost reviews, analyze deviations from plan or schedule, work with project management staff to resolve issues and keep business unit operations manager and business unit manager informed on any major issues and plans.\nBuilds and maintains strong customer relations with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and owners, to ensure customer satisfaction.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nMission Critical project experience: 3+ years in a project management role on a hyperscale data center project.\nProject Management: Minimum of 7+ years of verifiable project management experience.\nModular Construction: Verifiable experience in modular construction and fabricated mechanical/plumbing systems.\nCommunication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.\nExecution and adaptability: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.\nIndustry knowledge: Strong understanding of the industry, market conditions, and the Company’s competitors.\nFlexibility: Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the standard scope of work when necessary.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree\nMechanical, Plumbing, and/or HVAC Contractors License\nTravel Requirements:\nWill only work at this job site(s)/office location.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment: The following physical requirements and work environment characteristics are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
