At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\n**Can live anywhere in the US but will need to travel weekly to North LA and South FL**\nThe Quality Control Director is responsible for the overall management, direction, implementation, and improvements of the Company Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and procedures on projects within the region. They are responsible for accurately and fully informing management of each project's overall quality, including but not limited to potential liabilities and/or concerns. They are also active participant in the Quality Group and assists on the development of company-wide Quality procedures and processes.\nResponsibilities\nLeads yearly regional quality business planning, establishing goals and objectives.\nImplements goals and objectives outlined in the quality business plan and supports regional business plan.\nParticipates and leads corporate quality programs and assist with the development of corporate quality goals and objectives.\nCollaborates with the Quality Group to set goals and develop strategy in enhancing and improving the Company's quality program.\nDevelops, manages, and evaluates data analytics and metrics within the companies quality tracking software for the quality program; this includes partnering with the Corporate Internal Controls Group to effectively manage risk.\nProvides monthly dashboard regarding the regional/divisional project quality status, additionally provides quarterly quality metrics to executive leadership.\nResponsible for relevant quality communications regarding best practices, lessons learned, updates to the field, recent events, regional newsletters, update on quality incidents and end of project value added summaries.\nResponsible for identifying, coordinating and overseeing quality specific trainings as well as support corporate trainings.\nAssists in the hiring of quality professionals and supports their development and knowledge of our quality program.\nResponsible for supporting project personnel in the implementation of the Quality Program policies and procedures on their project through proactive planning, training, support and sharing lessons learned.\nParticipates in the development and implementation of Site Specific Quality Plans, Water Incident Prevention Programs, MEP Programs, and multi-trade rack fabrication on projects.\nConducts project site visits and evaluations.\nActs as a key interface within the market participating with key quality associations, and business leaders to build and maintain an active network of contacts and build relationships.\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering or High School diploma and equivalent experience.\n10+ years of experience working on commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, water, or industrial projects, with a combined value of over 200M+.\nPrevious experience related to quality assurance and quality control process implementation.\nExperience working with general contractors, subcontractors, and self-perform work.\nExperience with BlueBeam, Autodesk/BIM 360, and Procore OR related software/systems.\nGeneral knowledge of construction principles, practices, materials, methods, tools, and equipment required.\nIntermediate computer skills in core software including Microsoft Suite required.\nAbility to work with all project partners (owners, designers, consultants, general contractors, trades/subcontractors etc.) and multiple shared service teams.\nSelf-motivated, self-starter, and ability to work with project teams to balance project constraints and company policies and procedures.\nAbility to motivate, develop and direct people as they work.\nDemonstrate behaviors consistent with company core values (Safety, Innovation, Teamwork and Ethics) while maintaining a \"value added\" approach to Quality.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.\nVersed in the industry and the Company's competitors.\nAbility to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nNot applicable.\nTravel Requirements\n90% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location in North LA and South Florida. \nPhysical/Work Environment Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nClimbing stairs.\nRemaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nQuiet environment.\nLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.\nPay Range\nUSD $135,000.00 - USD $175,000.00 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
