At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe Services Business Unit Manager will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day execution of work of the assigned business unit including overseeing operations, sales and accounting. Specific responsibilities include:\nResponsibilities\nMake Safety the number one priority in the business unit.\nDevelop and implement execution plan to maximize overall business objectives, and ensure maximum profitability.\nManage the Services team to maintain, embrace and enforce the company's Core Values and to lead by example.\nCommunicate with Corporate Operations to identify, manage and share overall Best Practices and project resources.\nHiring and disciplinary duties.\nMeet or exceed growth goals.\nManage Key Performance Indicators (safety, financial expectations, accurate forecasting, AR management, personnel development, sales team performance)\nMeasuring and counteractions on both operations and sales goals.\nProvide key leadership direction for operations within the business unit to ensure a cohesive team. Coordinate and confer with others to resolve operational problems and difficulties and to authorize plans of action within corporate framework.\nEvaluates local performance, for in customer satisfaction and provides leadership for performance enhancement and proactive resolution of issues. Allocates resources as needed to ensure business unit and project team commitments to customers are met.\nManage personnel priorities relating to technical ability and staffing levels to gain greater efficiencies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cost. Includes working with service manager to coordinate hiring of staff, conducting performance review, recommending salary changes and resolving internal personnel issues.\nEnsure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and operates the local office with the highest business ethics. Ensure the quality of work to corporate standards and project requirements.\nMeet or exceed all financial budgets and goals, including reviewing all set -ups, monitoring all pricing, and reviewing cost data with project team(s).\nImplement Productivity Improvements, assure project compliance and quality assurance.\nMaintain consistency in Project and Field Management processes throughout the business unit.\nMaintain Customer Satisfaction.\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nMust be equally passionate about providing services and promoting safety on the job, and have the knowledge and ability to enforce safety policies within the department.\nPreferably a bachelor's degree in engineering or business.\nMust understand the company's policies and procedure, lead by example, create solutions, offer guidance and generally manage the department with little regular supervision needed.\nMust have knowledge of the service business and a minimum of 10 years of successful and verifiable experience.\nMust have experience in outside sells and new business development.\nAbility to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on weekly and monthly projections.\nAbility to create a reliable budget as part of a professional departmental budget plan.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.\nWell versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.\nExcellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.\nTravel Requirements\n5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.\nPhysical Activities\nClimbing stairs.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods\nEnvironmental Conditions\nQuiet environment\nPhysical Demands\nLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds\nENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
