At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe HVAC Service Apprentice will be a helper who is enrolled in a state-accredited apprenticeship program.\nResponsibilities\nGeneral construction clean up\nAssist in material distribution\nAssist mechanics installing HVAC, Piping and Plumbing\nLearn code requirements\nMaintain a safe and secure work environment and attend safety meetings\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nAbility to communicate on all levels\nMust have adequate/reliable transportation to the jobsite daily\nAble to lift 50lbs on a regular basis\nWillingness to enroll in a state / Dept of Labor approved program\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.\nWell versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.\nExcellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nPlumbing and mechanical experience is a plus\nTravel Requirements\n5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.\nPhysical Activities\nClimbing stairs.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers\nMoving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces\nAscending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles\nMoving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another\nEnvironmental Conditions\nOutdoor elements such as precipitation and wind\nPhysical Demands\nMedium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds\nENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
