At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe Field Labor Coordinator is responsible for facilitating labor coordination in conjunction with Human Resources, Management and Supervision throughout the region.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitates weekly labor coordination meetings to include:Reviews current & future manpower needs (Supervision & Labor).\nTracks the movement of labor amongst business units.\nDiscusses current employees, candidates, and avenues for recruiting.\n\nMaintains & updates project labor schedules for major projects.\nAttends and participates in monthly superintendent meetings.\nRegularly review project manpower loaded charts and schedules.\nAttends project Kick-Off meetings to identify future project labor needs.\nCompares upcoming project needs to that of existing schedules to begin pre-assembling workforces and recruiting plans.\nDevelops and executes labor needs for both local and remote projects.\nWorks closely with Talent Acquisition partner in Pre-screen and phone interview potential field candidates.\nTravels to remote markets to establish relationships with schools, suppliers, labor companies, job fairs, and any other sources for future recruiting.\nPerforms interviews while in remote markets.\nHiring Process:Coordinates and oversee all non-union labor.\nOrganizes and manages in-house orientations for field new-hires.\nAssists in the formation of employee orientation and training materials by position.\n\nTravels to remote projects to assist in interviewing, testing, hiring & orientating.\nProcesses new-hire paperwork, coordinates starts and additional training if needed.\nProvides safety training, such as lift training, while onsite.\nAssists projects in the ordering and coordination of 3rd party laborers.\nField training certifications:Develops, coordinates and implements field training certifications, processes and manuals.\n\nSets up ABC School in across the region:Weld testing\nSilver Solder and Soft Solder\nGround Pipe System\nPropress System\nPex Piping\nMed Gas Joints\nPVC Joints\nAcid Waste Joints\nT & C Screen\nWater Main\nSheet metal\nStorm Drain Res.\n\nWorks with superintendents on evaluating field performance.\nEstablishes plan with superintendents to correct/improve field employee performance.\nInterviews field employees in conjunction with recruiters to ensure employee skillset is consistent with resume and market rates.\nAssists superintendents in recognizing key performers and providing necessary tools for advancement.\nWorks with superintendents to establish continuous/ongoing training which includes the following:Scheduling\nDaily reports\n4 week look ahead\nLabor forecasting\nPre-planning\nProduction evaluation\n\ncompany process/procedure\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in related field of study\nPrevious experience in all facets of managing labor and reporting as well as diversity outreach and compliance strategies.\nFamiliarity with state and federal legislation and regulations.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.\nVersed in the industry and the Company's competitors.\nAbility to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nMinimum 3 years of professional related experience.\nCommercial Construction experience.\nTravel Requirements\n0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.\nPhysical/Work Environment Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nClimbing stairs.\nRemaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.\nQuiet environment.\nLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.\nPay Range\nUSD $66,760.00 - USD $89,180.00 /Yr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
