This role leads portions of projects, developing code-compliant, constructible designs for HVAC, hydronic, and thermal plant systems while solving complex technical challenges. The PE II collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs with existing facilities, supports permitting and procurement, and addresses field conditions. Responsibilities include producing accurate calculations and documentation and delivering systems that meet performance, reliability, and energy efficiency objectives consistent with ENFRA’s design-build delivery model.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for signing and sealing engineering documents.\nLeads design and analysis of mechanical systems for projects of moderate complexity.\nDevelops project deliverables including calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.\nImproves existing systems and supports development of new solutions.\nPrepares detailed system configurations and control schemes with emphasis on long-term energy savings.\nConducts field investigations and supports site visits.
