At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values-they are the pillars of our continued success.\nOverview\nThe Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and routing all service calls and maintain meticulous records of incoming calls. The Service Coordinator inputs billing for Services and makes collections calls\nResponsibilities\nMonitors technician time tracking on a weekly basis, including obtaining supervisor approval or other documentation for any timesheet discrepancies as well as timely submission to Payroll processor.\nAssists in new hire onboarding process and processing of IT hardware & permissions requests as necessary.\nAssists in coding and approvals of vendor invoices.\nOpens and tracks purchase order requests.\nCollection of associated documentation for processing customer and vendor system set-up\nDispatching/routing multiple service technicians.\nVerifying job completion and accuracy of technician notes.\nInbound/outbound phone calls.\nScheduling service repairs and routine maintenance visits.\nProcesses and issues monthly maintenance invoices.\nMakes collection calls for past-due invoices on a weekly basis.\nProvides outstanding customer service to our customers.\nData entry and various administrative tasks.\nQualifications\nRequired Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nWork well with others in difficult situations to solve customer issues and achieve positive results.\nPossess strong time management skills and ability to work under time constraints.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nDetail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.\nVersed in the industry and the Company's competitors.\nAbility to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.\n#LI-OL1\nPreferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications\nNot applicable.\nTravel Requirements\n0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.\nPhysical Activities\nClimbing stairs.\nRepeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers\nRemaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods\nEnvironmental Conditions\nQuiet environment\nPhysical Demands\nLight work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds\nPay Range\nUSD $30.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
