This role involves close collaboration with Project Managers, Planning Engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, track progress, and mitigate risks. It requires a strong understanding of scheduling techniques, critical thinking, and ownership of milestones.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nSchedule Development & Management\nDevelop, maintain, and update project schedules using scheduling tools (Jira Software, EMP) based on client requirements.\n\nWork in coordination with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to create and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones.\n\nEnsure project schedules accurately reflect scope, dependencies, resource allocation, and progress.\n\nRegularly update schedules based on actual progress and forecasted activities.\n\nWork on identifying potential pull-ins when workload is low and recommend levelling when needed.\n\nCoordinate with Project Manager to ensure the availability of necessary resources for project activities.\n\nMonitoring & Reporting\nTrack project milestones and proactively assess risks, challenges, and dependencies that could impact timelines.\n\nLevel work and milestone and monitor to make sure to keep balance workload for the team.\n\nOptimize resource allocation to prevent bottlenecks and ensure efficient project execution.\n\nProvide look-ahead schedules to project teams based on workflow duration analysis.\n\nConduct schedule performance analysis, including variance analysis, float path analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM).\n\nPrepare and maintain reports, including milestone projections, misalignment report, progress reports, and schedule status updates.\n\nAddress Design Change Requests (DCR) by understand the scope of work and cost impact, communicating with the Cost Control team and ensuring changes are implemented in the schedule.\n\nEvaluate and analyze subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with the master schedule.\n\nRisk Management & Critical Thinking\nAssess project timelines and milestones, identifying risks and dependencies.\n\nProactively address scheduling conflicts and delays to ensure smooth project execution.\n\nChallenge and verify project status updates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\n\nDrive accountability by ensuring that teams meet milestone deadlines.\n\nAssist in analyzing schedule changes and their potential impact on project cost and timelines.\n\nSupport the preparation of claims and provide scheduling data for contractual disputes.\n\nStrong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.\n\nThink critically and provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges.\n\nFlexibility to adapt to
