The Client Account Manager,accomplishesproject objectivesby planning, evaluatingand improving project specific activities. The Client Account Manager has responsibility for the day to dayrelationship with the assigned client(s), and in order tobe successful, must collaborate effectively with internal resources/ departments. The Client Account Manager must ensure that agreed client objectivesare met or exceeded in a manner that is fiscally responsible for both the client and Inizio.

What will you be doing?
Lead and support all aspects of program implementation, maintenanceand/or expansion; probe, clarify and determineclients’ needs to develop effective solutions
Communicate with and Issue status updates to the client regularly throughout the implementation process and during the life of the program.
Schedule and facilitatestatus calls with frequency appropriate tothe needs of the program.
Ensure that all client needs are met with a high degree of quality
Create and maintainreports and analysis/insight as dictated by the needs of programand/or client.
Provide accurateand timelyinvoicing and track costs against client budget.
Author and maintainclient specific SOPs and Work Instructions
Provide ad-hoc proposals and pricing as needed.
Schedule and spearhead creation and delivery of periodic business reviews.
Take lead on annual contract renewal process (if applicable); with involvement by the appropriate Inizio resources.
Strategize and collaborate with clients and internal teams to identifyefficiencies and offer creative solutions to client
Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth inthe Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
What do you need for this position?
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience
3-5 years client or project management, or related experience preferred
3-5 years pharmaceuticalexperience preferred
3-5 years contact center experience preferred.
Must be highly organized, with solid relationship building skills
Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solvingskills
Proposal writing and pricing experience a plus.
Excellent with Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Excel and Power Point
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as customer service and negotiation skills
Ability to travel as necessary or required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
The base pay range for this position is $56K - $104K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determinedby factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
