Support the teams and organizationin maturing agile practices.\nFacilitate all Scrum events across your assignedteams. \nIdentifyproductivity and communication impediments and work with team members & leaders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nTrack team progress and delivery timelines, report metrics around team goalsand organizational needs.\nSupport delivery planning and coordination across teams, identifydependencies and risks. \nPromote transparency, accountability,collaboration,and effective communication.\nPromote collective team ownership of story completion and team goals. Call out interferences that can jeopardize goals and milestones.\nHelp the team understand and commit to goals,andensure they follow through accordingly.\nWorkcloselywith Product Managers and Product Leadership to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities,and have a refined backlog.\nStructure\nAs a vital part of our GlobalProduct Team, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our product, technology, and support teamsand reporting tothe Senior Technical Project Manager. \nRequired Qualifications\nExperience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional and distributed team environments \nExperience coaching teams in agile practices.
