We focus instead on hiring ambitious, coachable individuals with a passion for learning and growing.\nIf you’re a fresh grad or early-career professional looking to break into the tech industry, this is an opportunity to establish valuable communication and relationship-building skills while being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDriving new business conversations through consistent outbound prospecting, primarily through high-volume cold calling\nLearning how to communicate with business leaders across a wide range of industries, from startups to global companies\nConducting discovery conversations to understand prospective clients’ goals, challenges, and priorities\nStaying organized and managing outreach activity in a fast-paced sales environment\nCollaborating closely with teammates, managers, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress\nRepresenting EngageTech professionally and authentically as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nFluent in Dutch and English\nEligible to work in Sweden or the United Kingdom\nA degree in any field is a plus\nPrior experience speaking with prospects or business leaders, including customer-facing work such as hospitality, retail, fundraising, or similar, is a plus\nBenefits\nBenefits dependant on location.\nWhat you’ll get:\nCompensation: 32000-35000 SEK per month\nA clear, personalised development plan from day one\nUncapped commission -
