development.\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.\nSupport strategic technology decisions on dependencies, build tooling, dependency management, and secure software supply chain practices.\nMaintain cross-platform support: drive modernization of build systems, ensure consistency across multiple deployment environments, and support Linux/Windows compatibility.\nPractical Linux development and deployment strategies.\nWork effectively within an agile environment.\nWymagania\n8+ years of experience in senior technical roles.\nAdvanced proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) with deep understanding of RAII, smart pointers, STL, concurrency, and memory management.\nPractical knowledge of C# development in plus.\nStrong experience with multithreading, synchronization primitives, asynchronous I/O and real-time system design.\nProficiency with building systems (CMake, Visual Studio) and cross-platform development for Windows and Linux.\nExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture patterns.\nGood understanding of unit and integration testing techniques and testing frameworks.\nPractical experience developing systems monitoring having familiarity with WAMS/WAMPAC, PMU data, and protection and control applications.\nPractical experience working directly with power grid industry clients and exposure to system integration, simulators, or lab environments.\nGood understanding of power system dynamics and the stability challenges introduced by high
