note that the work schedule for this position is 5.5 days/week.\n\nJob Description:\nResponsible for the operation, maintenance, monitoring and optimization of Security, ICT Infrastructure and ELV systems within mission-critical data centre facilities.\nEnsure all systems remain fully operational, secure and compliant with customer, regulatory and operational requirements.\nSupport preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities for electronic security systems, ICT network infrastructure and building ELV systems.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors and stakeholders on maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, commissioning and project implementation.\nLead control bench tests , SAT, IST activities for security, ELV and ICT infrastructure with vendors and contractors\nSupport incident management, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational resilience.\nParticipate in audits, inspections, integrated system testing and emergency response activities.\n\nRequirements:\nDegree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in security systems, integrated building systems, critical facilities, data centres or facilities management environments.\nExperience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic security and monitoring systems.\nData Centre experience will be an advantage.\nKnowledge of Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems and Security Management Systems (SMS).\nExperience with Security Control Panels and integrated monitoring platforms.\nWorking knowledge of ICT Infrastructure, including network switches, structured cabling systems, fibre optic cabling, patch panels and communication networks.\nFamiliarity with TCP/IP networking, LAN/WAN connectivity and network device troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of ELV systems including Access Control System (ACS), CCTV System, Security Management System (SMS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Public Address (PA) System, Intercom System, Structured Cabling System (SCS)\nFamiliarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) and integrated monitoring platforms.\nAbility to interpret single-line diagrams, network architecture drawings, wiring schematics and technical documentation.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience managing contractors, integrators and technology vendors.\nUnderstanding of security requirements and operational risks in mission-critical facilities.\nAppreciation of data centre operational standards, uptime requirements and customer expectations.\nSupport compliance with corporate security policies, operational procedures and customer requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives relating to security system reliability, efficiency and resilience.\nEnsure all activities are conducted in accordance with ENGIE safety and operational
