You contribute to day-to-day operations and help maintain business continuity while a project is running. The scope covers Austria, Belgium and Germany.\nYou coordinate with in-country teams and global service centers to implement and execute end-to-end Time Services policies, programmes and regulatory requirements in daily operations. You also support the rollout of a new Time & Attendance system.\nMajor Accountabilities\nService Delivery & Operational Excellence\nManage daily Time Services operations, including compiling and entering time & attendance data.\nReconcile errors to keep time & attendance records accurate and complete.\nMaintain HR data correctly and ensure records remain complete and up to date.\nWork in line with applicable legislation, data privacy and data protection guidelines across the relevant countries.\nPerform country-specific data consistency checks.\nFollow the payroll calendar and prepare the required payroll inputs.\nSupport NFCM and HR controls.\nHandle time & attendance questions and issues within the agreed time frames.\nEscalate unresolved requests to the appropriate point of contact, such as IT or the Time Services Unit Lead.\nCore T&A Technology Activities & BAU Tasks\nIdentify exceptions and deviations.\nPrepare regular and ad hoc reports for payroll and other departments on request.\nCollect system enhancement needs and change requests, and coordinate follow-up with IT and/or the global support team.\nSupport the project team in defining requirements, designing the setup and validating the system configuration in line with local legislation and regulations.\nHelp ensure that Time Services delivery metrics and KPIs are achieved.\nContribute to projects within the scope of People Services & Solutions.\nPerform other tasks assigned by the line manager.\nYour profile\nYou have solid experience in HR operations, with a focus on Time Services or time & attendance processes.\nYou are comfortable working with HR data, payroll inputs and compliance-related processes.\nYou can coordinate with local teams, shared service centres and IT stakeholders.\nYou work accurately and handle sensitive employee data with care.\nYou are able to support system-related activities linked to Time & Attendance.\nOffer\nYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
