For a decade, Engine has built the proprietary technology and supply behind modern business travel, serving over 40,000 customers and nearly 2 million travelers, along with leading travel and AI companies that build on Engine's infrastructure. One system powers business travel, group travel, human agents, and AI agents.\nThat work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020-2026).\nWe're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.\nCome outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.\nYour Mission:\nAs Manager, Revenue Enablement, you'll lead Engine's team of pod-level Revenue Enablement Managers (REMs), the people who keep our revenue teams sharp long after onboarding ends. Each REM is embedded with a pod across Engine's six business lines. You'll set the standard for how they partner with sales and account leaders, coach them to operate as strategic advisors rather than training request-takers, and make sure ongoing enablement and everboarding drive real performance.\nYou'll also be hands-on: when a business line needs extra bandwidth, you'll step in to diagnose the gap, build the program, and deliver it yourself. You'll report to the Director of Revenue Enablement and lead a team. New-hire onboarding is owned by a partner team, so your focus is everything that comes after it. Here's what you'll take charge of:\nLead & Develop the REM Team\nPeople Leadership: Hire, coach, and develop a team of Revenue Enablement Managers, running regular 1:1s, development plans, and performance reviews that grow REMs into trusted advisors to their business lines.\nOperating Model: Define how REMs engage with their pods, including which leadership meetings, pipeline reviews, and planning sessions they join, how they take in and prioritize requests, and what \"great\" looks like for an embedded enablement partner.\nConsistency at Scale: Build shared standards, templates, and playbooks so ongoing enablement feels consistent across business lines while still fitting each pod's motion.\nPrioritization & Escalation: Help REMs manage competing priorities, push back where needed, and escalate tradeoffs, so the team spends its time on the work that moves revenue.\nAI-First Enablement: Set the expectation that the REM team builds AI first. Coach REMs to use AI to create content, practice, and coaching at scale, share what works across pods, and make AI fluency part of how every REM grows.\nFloater Coverage Across the Business Lines\nBandwidth Coverage: Act as a hands-on enablement lead wherever the business needs it most. Cover open seats, leaves, launches, and spikes in demand across business lines without missing a beat.\nHands-On Delivery: Diagnose performance gaps, then design and facilitate training, certifications, role-plays, and coaching sessions yourself, in person and virtually.\nLaunch Readiness: Step in to drive enablement for high-priority product, pricing, and process launches that span several pods.\nBusiness Acumen\nKnow the Business Cold: Build a deep understanding of each of Engine's core businesses, including how they sell, who they serve, what they're measured on, and what's changing in their market.\nStrategic Partner to Revenue Leaders: Partner with sales, account management, and client-facing leaders to turn business priorities and performance data into the right enablement response.\nConnect the Dots: Spot themes across business lines, such as shared skill gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and repeated field questions, and turn them into scalable programs instead of one-off fixes.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and the onboarding team so messaging, tools, and processes reach the field in a form people can use.\nPrograms & Measurement\nEverboarding Programs: Own the framework for continuous learning after onboarding, including skill-building paths, certifications, methodology reinforcement, and manager coaching toolkits.\nMeasure What Matters: Define and track enablement KPIs per business line, such as program adoption and certification, time to productivity for tenured role changes, quota attainment, win rates, conversion, and retention or expansion, and report impact to revenue leadership.\nEnablement Tech Stack: Make sure REMs and reps get full value from our tools. Working with our tools and systems team to ensure new tools actually get adopted.\nWhy This Role: AI-First at Engine\nAt Engine, AI isn't a side project. It's how we work. Our access to create with AI is incredibly unique, and this role is a rare chance to get exposure to a ton of AI tools and learn from the best. The expectation is simple: AI first, to create scale. Building this way grows Engine, and it grows your skill set too. As a leader, you'll set that standard for the entire REM team. If you're growth-minded and excited to build what's next, you'll thrive here.\nWhat You'll Bring to Engine:\nWe're looking for someone who's ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:\nExperience: 6+ years in revenue enablement, sales enablement, sales training, or a customer-facing revenue role, including 1+ years managing people or serving as a team lead or player-coach for other enablement professionals. \nPeople Leadership: Experience coaching and developing individual contributors, whether as a first-time people manager, team lead, or formal mentor, ideally with enablement partners embedded in different teams or segments.\nPlayer-Coach Range: You can move from strategy to delivery in the same day. You're comfortable running a team and leading a room.\nBusiness Acumen: You learn new business models quickly, can read a pipeline or performance dashboard, and can turn what you see into a focused coaching or program response.\nSkills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management, plus a working knowledge of modern B2B sales methodologies and adult learning principles.\nData-Driven: Experience defining enablement metrics and showing measurable impact on revenue outcomes.\n Tech-Savvy: Bonus points if you're fluent in Salesforce, conversation intelligence tools (e.g., Momentum), and enablement/LMS platforms (e.g.,GTMBuddy, LetterAI).\nAI-First Mindset: You default to AI to create scale, you're energized by learning new tools, and you can bring a team along with you. You're growth-minded and as invested in building your own skills as your team's.\nMindset: You're ready to roll up your sleeves, collaborate, and deliver results that matter.\nNice to Have:\nExperience enabling several business lines, segments, or products at once (e.g., SMB, mid-market, and enterprise, or new business and account management).\nBackground in B2B travel, hospitality, fintech/spend management, or marketplace businesses.\nExperience carrying a quota or leading a sales or account management team.\nExperience rolling out AI tools or AI-first workflows across an enablement or revenue team.\nLocation & Travel:\nThis role is preferably based in or near one of our hubs in Denver, CO; Tempe, AZ; or Chicago, IL, and we're open to remote candidates elsewhere in the US. Expect to travel about one week per month to work with teams in person, plus major company events. \nApplications for this role will be accepted through 1/31/27 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.\nCompensation\nOur compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, all roles receive equity. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include an annual bonus. Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.\nBase Pay Range\n$131,500—$182,000 USD\nThe Engine Edge: Perks & Compensation\nWe believe in rewarding great work with great benefits:\nCompensation: Competitive base pay tied to role and experience, with equity for all employees. Some roles are also eligible for bonuses or commissions.\nBenefits: Check out our full list at engine.com/culture \n Environments for Success: Different roles have different needs in terms of the environments that drive success which is why we have a hybrid-hub model. Whether you are in one of our amazing offices or fully remote, we'll make sure you have what you need to succeed.\nPerks and benefits may vary based on employment type, location, and more","description_format":"text","description_chars":8843,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":6,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Company events","Continuous learning","Equity"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"},{"name":"Illinois","iso":null,"kind":"city"},{"name":"Colorado","iso":null,"kind":"city"},{"name":"Arizona","iso":null,"kind":"city"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Business Travel","Travel Technology"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T15:35:56Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"US","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"H-1B filings in 12 months: 2","filings_12m":2,"filings_prev_12m":0,"green_card_filings_12m":0,"median_offered_wage_usd":212500,"route":null,"cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-15T11:24:14+00:00","sources":["US Department of Labor: LCA disclosure data (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":63,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.632,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":54,"reasons":["conf:1","stale_co","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-17T05:46:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":182000,"is_top_pay":true},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/engine-manager-revenue-enablement","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/engine-manager-revenue-enablement.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-17T12:14:49Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":16210,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-18T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3763},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3763"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fengine-manager-revenue-enablement"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fengine-manager-revenue-enablement"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fengine-manager-revenue-enablement"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/engine-manager-revenue-enablement\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fengine-manager-revenue-enablement"}]}
