\n2、具备5年以上的电机控制领域产品（伺服驱动器、变频器）开发经验，有批量产品开发经验; \n3、对模拟、数字电路、电力电子技术、处理器技术有较好的理论基础和实际应用能力; \n4、对各类电子元器件的参数、应用有深入的理解认知，有良好的电路原理分析能力; \n5、掌握示波器、LCR、各类电源、电子负载等常用调试设备使用，具备良好的焊接技能; \n6、熟练使用立创EDA/AD等原理图和PCB制图软件;
