\n6、跟踪VLA后训练、具身智能领域前沿进展，将有效算法快速落地验证并持续迭代。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业; \n2、2年以上AI模型训练或后训练经验，有VLA/多模态模型微调或具身智能项目经验者优先; \n3、熟练掌握Python及PyTorch框架，具备良好的工程化能力与代码规范; \n4、了解VLA模型基本原理及SFT、RLHF、RLVR等微调方法，有模型训练或微调的实际项目经验;
