Liaises with planning & cost coordination units to ensure the monitoring of work\nprograms, in terms of duration, target dates, resources and materials. Liaises with Commercial Division’s personnel to\nensure required materials are identified properly.\nGeneric Accountabilities\nSupervision\n Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.\n Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver\nthe respective section objectives.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nBudgets\n Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the\napproved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.\n Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control\nPolicies, Systems, Processes & Procedures\n Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to\nsupport execution of the Section’s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.\nPerformance Management\n Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with\nthe Company Performance framework.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\n Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.\n Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO\nstandards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.\nHealth, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability\n Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines\nin line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.\nReports\n Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.\nCOMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:\nInternal\n Regular contact with Field, Operations Support, Production Assurance, maintenance, and engineering\ndepartments to ensure effective communications.\n Frequent contact with work associates in Abu Dhabi and on super complexes up to Team Leader level to discuss\nshutdown preparation and co-ordinate work activities.\n Regular contact with S/D committee and stakeholders on matters of Shutdown issues.\nExternal\n Frequent contact with concession holders when addressing their requirements and during site visits.\n Regular contacts with contractors’ agents/representatives at equivalent level to discuss work requirements,\nevaluate performance.\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\nMinimum Qualification\n Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university.\nMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills\n 5-6 years’ experience in multi-discipline planning of Engineering and Maintenance activities in an oil and gas or\npetrochemical industry.\n Proficient in
