You'll own outbound lead generation, identifying and engaging high-potential prospects and converting early conversations into qualified meetings for our Account Executive team. This is a high-impact, front-line role where your hustle and creativity\ndirectly fuel pipeline growth and market expansion across the US and North America.\nWhat You'll Do and How You'll Have an Impact\nBook qualified discovery meetings with prospects\nResearch and target key accounts using LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools\nManage and execute outbound cadences across email, LinkedIn, and CRM\nMaintain accurate tracking of outreach and leads in the CRM\nCollaborate with the AE and additional sales staff to optimize lead hand-off and opportunity conversion\nSupport inbound lead follow-up when required\nRepresent Engineered Arts with professionalism and curiosity during initial outreach\nWhat We're Looking For\n1-2 years of BDR or outbound sales experience in a tech or hardware environment\nComfortable with outbound outreach and email prospecting\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nCapable of being creative and looking at a problem sideways\nHighly
