Lagos\n\nEmployment Type: Full Time\n\nJob Summary\n\n Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATL) seeks to recruit a highly organized, analytical and result-oriented Bid/Tender/Proposal Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end preparation, review, submission and close-out of bids, tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), prequalification packages, RFQs, RFPs and technical/commercial proposals within the Oil & Gas and Engineering Services industry.\n\n The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary inputs from Business/Commercial, Engineering/Technical, Projects, Procurement, Finance, HSE, QA/QC, Nigerian Content, Legal/Contracts and OEM/technical partners to ensure that every submission is compliant, technically responsive, commercially complete, professionally presented and delivered before the client's deadline.\n\n The role requires strong document control, proposal writing, commercial awareness and the ability to interpret complex ITT/RFP Instruction & Requirements before Tender Submission due date.\n\n Shall ensure all RFQ’s are attended to and Quotations/Commercial response are Submitted to client in due time\n\n Shall ensure all Insurances, License/Permit Covering Company’s line of services are procured and Valid always.\n\n Shall Develop and Prepare Technical Proposals and Reports.\n\n Shall ensure effective Planning and preparing presentations, Exhibitions and Conferences\n\n Shall ensure proper Contract Management, Project Administration and Monitoring\n\n Shall ensure proper preparation of Projects Post Deliverable Documents (JCC, Customer Feedback Forms and Timesheets.) in line with PO’s and Job executed and Ensures Endorsement by the Execution Team.\n\n Shall Ensure Understanding of all Original Equipment Manufacturer’s Represented by the Company\n\n Stay current with industry trends and standards to ensure continuous improvement.\n\n Shall ensure proper Departmental Documentations and Records Keeping.\n\n Shall ensure proper Execution of all Business. /Commercial Activities (i.e. Clients, Vendor Registration, Information Update on Clients Portals, Prompt response to clients’ requests and emails, Processing of Corporate Documentations prior to Expiration etc.)\n\n Shall Assist in Sales/Marketing Activities (Preparation of OEM based Requests quotes etc.)\n\n Shall Assist in all Business/Commercial Activities\n\n Shall Assist in Ensuring enquiries relating to product and services are channelled to the appropriate party and response provided to clients.\n\nRequirements\n\n Bachelor’s Degree (B.SC, B.Tech /B.Eng) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Economics, Procurement/Supply Chain, Project Management\n\n Must have graduated with a minimum of Second-Class Lower Credit from a reputable University no earlier than 2018.
