The role holder will manage the complete bid cycle — from preparation and review through to submission and close-out — for bids, tenders, expressions of interest (EOIs), prequalification packages, RFQs, RFPs and technical/commercial proposals within the Oil & Gas and Engineering Services sector.\n\nThe successful candidate will bring together contributions from multiple disciplines, including Business/Commercial, Engineering/Technical, Projects, Procurement, Finance, HSE, QA/QC, Nigerian Content, Legal/Contracts and OEM/technical partners. The objective is to make certain that each submission is compliant, technically responsive, commercially complete, professionally presented and lodged with the client ahead of the stated deadline.\n\nApplicants must demonstrate solid document control capability, strong proposal writing skills and commercial awareness, together with the ability to read and interpret complex ITT/RFP
