# Senior Technical Engineer

About the Role Engineering Edge is looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to lead our Technical Department, which includes the QC/QA function. This is a leadership role responsible for technical support, QC/QA management, supplier quality, customer complaint resolution, engineering change control, product certification and internal workflow improvement. The role reports directly to the General Manager and Managing Director. We are looking for someone who can lead engineers, close process loopholes, prevent costly mistakes, control technical documentation and ensure that every product, supplier and department follows one Company Department Structure Engineering Edge’s key departments include: Business Development, including Marketing Supply Chain Finance HR Technical, including QC/QA The Senior Technical Engineer will lead the Technical Department and work closely with all departments to ensure technical, quality, and process requirements are properly controlled.
