accessibility legislation.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of professional full-stack development experience.\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, etc. ).\nIn-depth understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), ARIA roles, and screen-reader behaviour.\nAbility to build, audit, and maintain components for accessibility (keyboard navigation, focus management, semantic HTML).\nExperience with unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).\nGood understanding of REST APIs and state management tools.\nExposure to or working knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus.\nStrong communication and documentation skills.\n\nNice to Have: \nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with tools
