You will serve as a senior technical authority, guiding delivery teams, collaborating with global stakeholders, and driving digital transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nTechnical Development and Architecture: \nDefine technical standards, architecture decisions, and ensure adherence to coding best practices across the team.\nTranslate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and detailed system designs.\nConduct comprehensive technical reviews, including code reviews, design reviews, and performance audits.\nMentor and guide developers across backend, frontend, and integration domains.\nCollaborate with product owners, architects, and global stakeholders to drive solution design and delivery.\nChampion engineering excellence and Agile best practices across all sprints and delivery cycles.\n\nCloud-First Integration and Data Migration: \nDesign and develop REST APIs, microservices, integration interfaces, and enterprise-grade middleware.\nEvaluate and implement architecture patterns optimised for scalability, maintainability, and performance.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and deployment strategies.\nLead cloud-native architecture design and implementation using Azure or AWS services.\nDrive cloud adoption strategies for SME clients, aligning technology solutions with business goals.\n\nSupport, Quality and Troubleshooting: \nOversee technical support, production issue analysis, and performance optimisation.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for complex technical issues.\nEnsure delivery quality through rigorous testing standards, automation frameworks, and performance benchmarking.\nDrive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tooling, and frameworks.\n\nClient Engagement and Consulting: \nAct as a trusted technical advisor to SME clients, providing strategic guidance on technology implementation.\nConduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.\nPresent architectural proposals and technical recommendations to senior client stakeholders.\nManage client expectations and ensure alignment between delivery outcomes and business objectives.\n\nTraining, Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: \nPrepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, architectural diagrams, and best practice guidelines.\nLead knowledge-sharing sessions and engineering workshops for internal teams and clients.\nSupport onboarding, coaching, and continuous skill development of engineering team members.\n\nRequirements: \n8-12 years of hands-on experience in software development with deep expertise in. NET Core, C#, and front-end frameworks (ReactJS/Angular).\nStrong experience in ASP.
