That's the challenge you'll own.\nWe're looking for an engineer who does more than implement designs: someone who owns features end to end and cares about quality, performance and developer experience.\nIdea → design → build → ship → measure\nWhat you'll own\nCustomer-facing product: develop high-quality, responsive web applications with React + TypeScript\nCore UIs: own dashboards, campaign builders, reporting UIs and the API layers that support them\nRendering & services: work on internal tools, SSR/edge rendering and lightweight Node.js services\nPerformance: focus on speed, Core Web Vitals and a great developer experience\nEnd-to-end delivery: collaborate closely with Product, Design and Backend to ship complete features with a focus on quality, reliability and speed\nEngineering standards: help shape frontend practices, code quality and architecture as we scale\nAbout you\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus\nStrong experience with TypeScript and React\nSolid understanding of modern web architectures and how the frontend talks to APIs\nAbility to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code\nProduct and design sensibility you care about how things feel, not just how they work\nStrong communication skills and an advanced level of English\nBias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup\nNice to have\nKnowledge of UI performance optimization, design systems or a11y testing\nExperience with SSR/edge rendering and Node.js\nBasic exposure to backend work and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)\nCI/CD practice with GitHub Actions\nExperience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups\nInterest in B2B SaaS, sales tech or automation tools\nHiring process\nWe've designed our hiring process to be close to real engineering work.
