You'll own meaningful problems end to end and help shape both the product and the engineering standards of a company entering its next stage of growth.\nIf you enjoy shipping fast, making product and technical decisions, and seeing your work directly impact customers, you'll have plenty of room to make a difference here.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for an engineer who is comfortable anywhere in the stack from a Temporal workflow to a React component and who wants to own features from the first conversation with Product to production.\nYou'll join early enough to shape the systems, standards and product, at a stage where scale and customer demand already create real engineering challenges.\nProblem → API → UI → ship → iterate\nWhat you'll own\nEnd-to-end features: ship complete functionality across backend and frontend, with a clear focus on quality, reliability and speed\n Backend services: build scalable services, async workflows and data pipelines (Temporal), plus production-grade APIs and integrations with CRMs, LinkedIn and more\nWeb product: develop responsive React + TypeScript applications: dashboards, campaign builders and reporting UIs\nPerformance & observability: optimize performance on both sides of the stack, debug complex issues and keep the system observable\nProduct partnership: collaborate closely with Product and Design to scope work and make the right trade-offs\n Engineering standards: help shape engineering practices, code quality and architecture as we scale\nAbout you\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with real work on both backend and frontend\nStrong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React\nSolid understanding of modern API design, async workflows and web architectures\nExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)\nAbility to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code\nStrong communication skills and an advanced level of English\nBias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with workflow engines (e.g. Temporal), distributed systems or microservices\nExperience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka or third-party API integrations\nKnowledge of UI performance optimization or design systems\nCI/CD practice with GitHub Actions\nExperience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups\nInterest in B2B SaaS, sales tech or automation tools\nHiring process\nWe've designed our hiring process to be close to real engineering work.
