You'll lead from the code, set the technical direction for your team, and help define how Enginy builds as the company scales. You'll join early enough to shape the architecture, standards and culture at a stage where customer demand already creates real engineering challenges.\nAbout the role\nThis is a hands-on leadership role. We're not looking for a full-time manager who has stepped away from the code, nor for a senior engineer who wants to stay heads-down. We need someone who ships alongside the team while raising the bar for everyone around them.\nAI is changing how we build software, and we're leaning into that shift aggressively. We use AI extensively across the engineering workflow, not just to write code faster, but to rethink how engineers design, build, test, debug, and ship.
