You will contribute hands-on to our catalyst testing and process development activities. You'll be part of a tight-knit and quick-moving R&D group aiming to push catalysts to their limits, and we want to invite you to come along for the journey.\n This is a one-year position with the possibility of extension. The role is on site at our office in Solna, Stockholm and a valid working permit is required.\n What you’ll do\n Experimental reaction engineering is at the core of how we develop our processes. Your challenge will be to generate high-quality experimental data to drive our process and catalyst development.\n Key tasks and responsibilities in this role are:\n Plan, set up and carry out experiments in catalytic reaction engineering \nMeasure and evaluate catalyst activity, selectivity and stability under different operating conditions, and collect kinetic data \nHelp identify catalyst deactivation mechanisms through well-designed experimental studies \nSupport the evaluation of operating windows for specific chemistries \nAnalyse experimental data and keep clear, well-documented records of your work \nContribute to the commissioning and maintenance of lab-scale reactor setups \nCreate high-quality reports and presentations to communicate experimental findings to the team and the company \nContributing to the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory \n Who you are\n We’re looking for a motivated early-career engineer who would thrive in a fast-paced R&D environment.\n You have a MSc in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field. \nYou have +1 years of wet lab research experience, in academia or industry. \nYou have a solid foundation in chemical reactor engineering \nYou feel comfortable working in a laboratory environment, prioritize safety, and are methodical in executing and documenting experiments. \nYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken. \nPractical experience with experimental heterogeneous catalysis is a strong advantage. \nIn terms of personal qualities, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about their work, who is dependable and who wants to push boundaries.
