Previous manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Partner with internal and external teams to maintain accurate lease records and related accounting.

  • Payroll, Commissions & Payments: Manage payroll accounting entries, sales representative commission calculations, and related accruals. Coordinate with Payroll and Accounts Payable to ensure timely, accurate, and properly authorized vendor payments, outside sales representative payments, and other scheduled disbursements.

Support year-end financial and tax audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to audit requests. Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate accounting impacts from operational or system changes and provide ad hoc financial analysis.

  • Team Collaboration & Development: Provide day-to-day guidance, work review, coaching, and support to accounting staff, reinforcing quality standards, deadlines, accountability, and timely issue escalation.

  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Identify and resolve accounting issues, strengthen internal controls, and recommend improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Support implementation of approved accounting policies, processes, and system changes, ensuring procedures are documented and consistently followed.
