You'll help keep our stack current, our APIs and integrations dependable, and our code secure, while using AI-assisted tools to keep our development process forward-thinking.\nWhat you'll do...\nWork in a fast-paced startup culture on products that lead the industry.\nDesign, build, and maintain robust, scalable features, using AI-assisted tools to speed up implementation, debugging, and code quality.\nBuild and maintain the data APIs that power SightMap and TouchTour.\nHelp modernize TouchTour by refactoring legacy code into React.\nMaintain and improve legacy code, and leave it better than you found it.\nPartner with UX and Product to turn complex business flows into fast, reliable solutions.\nGive constructive pull request feedback that raises code quality, including a critical eye on AI-generated code for accuracy and technical integrity.\nDesign and build our APIs, and champion an API-first approach.\nHelp with infrastructure and deployments in GCP, and shape how we build, test, and ship.\nSupport and expand our AI-enabled internal systems, keeping them secure, maintainable, and reliable, with a human accountable for every final deliverable.\nRequirements\nWhat you offer us...\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\nExperience using generative AI tools and AI-assisted engineering environments to solve problems, build faster, and debug quicker, with the judgment to validate output like any other production system.\nStrong command of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nHands-on experience with React, Redux, PHP, and Laravel. \nExperience refactoring and modernizing legacy codebases.\nProficiency with MySQL (or a similar RDBMS) and RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with containers, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
