  • Maintain and develop content within the Professional Development membership programme, ensuring it remains current and aligned with customer needs.
  • Review course performance, customer feedback and market developments to identify opportunities for new courses and programme growth.
  • Coordinate training schedules, resources and delivery workflows, working closely with production and operations colleagues, and support Sales and Marketing with the positioning and promotion of the training portfolio.
  • Monitor participation, feedback and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and maintain quality standards.
  • Support live conferences and related event activities as required.

Training/Provider Management

  • Manage trainer and provider relationships, coordinating content requirements, timelines and deliverables to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Support the preparation and management of contracts, statements of work and agreed deliverables.

  • Maintain high standards of accessibility, branding, quality and usability, using AI tools appropriately to support content development and continuous improvement.
