At Eni, we are looking for an Accountant & Finance Referent to join Versalis Congo Sarlu in Pointe-Noire. You will be responsible for supporting the company's administrative, financial, accounting, and tax activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate financial management, and the efficient execution of business operations.

Main responsibilities:
Administration
- Manage daily administrative activities and office operations.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and corporate documentation.
- Coordinate communications with external advisors, banks, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Support management with administrative and organisational tasks.
Accounting & Finance Support
- Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support budgeting and financial reporting activities.
- Reconcile financial transactions and maintain supporting documentation.
Tax & Compliance
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and declarations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
- Maintain accurate tax records and documentation.
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Significant professional experience in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting and taxation principles.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
