With 7 research centers and a presence in over 30 countries worldwide, Versalis has approximately 700 products in the field of chemicals and plastics featured in its portfolio.\nMain responsibilities:\nAdministration\nManage daily administrative activities and office operations.\nMaintain company records, contracts, and corporate documentation.\nCoordinate communications with external advisors, banks, suppliers, and government authorities.\nPrepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.\nSupport management with administrative and organisational tasks.\nAccounting & Finance Support\nAssist in maintaining accurate accounting records.\nMonitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.\nSupport budgeting and financial reporting activities.\nReconcile financial transactions and maintain supporting documentation.\nTax & Compliance\nAssist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and declarations.\nEnsure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.\nLiaise with external tax advisors and auditors.\nMonitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.\nMaintain accurate tax records and documentation.\nSkills and experience required:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.\nSignificant professional experience in accounting, finance, administration, or a related field.\nStrong understanding of accounting and taxation principles.\nExcellent organisational and administrative skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with SAP would be an advantage.\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProactive attitude and willingness to learn.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
