Joining Eni International means being part of a reputable company and an international team of colleagues.\nMain responsibilities:\nMaintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger records by accurately recording accounting transactions.\nReconcile transitory accounts.\nProcess and maintain supporting documentation for accounting transactions.\nAssist the Reporting Department with the intercompany trade balance reconciliation process by providing accurate and timely supporting documentation.\nPerform detailed bank reconciliations on a line-by-line basis upon receipt of the required documentation from the Treasury Department.\nProvide support for Dutch VAT (BTW) reporting, as required.\nSupport the Accounting Supervisor in resolving disputes with vendors, customers, and branch offices.\nAssist the Accounting Supervisor during year-end audit activities.\nPrepare accounts receivable documentation by collecting and verifying appropriate supporting records.\nMonitor and reconcile outstanding vendor and customer balances.\nPerform any other duties as assigned.\nSkills and experience required:\nDegree-level qualification in Business Economics (HBO level) or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in accounting theory and Modern Business Administration.\nSolid technical accounting knowledge, with the ability to manage the full accounting cycle from transaction processing through to financial reporting (technical accounting and bookkeeping skills will be assessed during the interview process).\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken; Dutch and/or Italian language skills would be advantageous.\nStrong IT proficiency, including advanced use of spreadsheets and other business applications.\nA collaborative team player with the confidence to embrace change, challenge the status quo where appropriate, and lead by example.\nHighly motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality results.\nSuitable for candidates at an early stage of their professional accounting career who are keen to develop within an international environment.\nWhat we offer:\n€50,000-€57,000 gross annual salary, including an 8% holiday allowance and 13th-month payment. \nHybrid working. \nHealth insurance contribution and an additional pension plan. \nCompetitive allowances and benefits, including wellness, internet, sports subscription and commuting support, as well as a home-working allowance. \nWellbeing initiatives, regular social events, and an inspiring international working environment.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
