You will be responsible for managing contracting and procurement activities for routine materials, standard equipment and ancillary services. Join us and help shape the future of energy in a dynamic and supportive environment.\nMain responsibilities\nExecute routine procurement activities, particularly the procurement of general services, as required.\nEnsure compliance with Corporate Contracting, Purchasing and Materials Management strategies and procedures.\nLiaise effectively with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient contract execution in accordance with Company procedures.\nComply with Company control systems in all activities.\nImplement the Procurement Plan in coordination with the Contracts and Procurement team at Headquarters.\nEnsure that procurement activities are carried out in accordance with local content requirements and applicable laws and regulations.\nContribute to the development of the Local Vendors List; prepare bid packages in consultation with relevant functions; coordinate clarifications and queries during the bidding phase; and organise bid evaluations and clarification meetings.\nAct in compliance with the Code of Ethics, SOA requirements and Model 231 principles.\nSkills and experience required\nDegree in Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience in procurement activities.\nKnowledge of supplier products and markets, including supplier production processes, national and international markets, industry trends, product categories, quality management processes, and vendor performance evaluation.\nUnderstanding of supply chain management and value creation, including financial assessment, make-or-buy analysis, project profitability analysis, cost estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, and cost control.\nKnowledge of compliance and contracting principles, including civil and contract law, national and international regulations, tender procedures, environmental, health and safety requirements, contracting strategies, and commercial agreements.\nBasic knowledge of logistics, including transportation methods, expediting techniques, inspection methodologies, and comparative economic evaluations.\nBasic knowledge of project management methods and procedures.\nWhat we offer\nAnnual salary: up to €28,000, depending on professional experience and specific skill set.\nPrivate medical insurance.\nPension/provident fund.\nHow to apply\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
