This partnership represents a major European project integrating the renewable energy business with the retail business, which will enable us to progressively increase our offering of services, infrastructure, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater visibility and professional growth.\nMain responsibilities\nData Collection and Processing: Extract, transform and structure data from a variety of internal and external sources.\nData Analysis: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, customer behaviours and performance drivers.\n Data Visualisation and Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI) and establish and monitor business KPIs.\nAdvanced Analytics: Contribute to the development of models, forecasts and predictive analyses.\nOptimisation and Recommendations: Provide actionable insights to improve processes, marketing campaigns and the customer experience.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, including IT, developers and data scientists, while partnering with business departments to understand analytical needs and business objectives.\nData Culture: Promote data-driven decision-making and support internal teams in the effective use of data and KPI management.\nSkills and experience required\nBachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.\nProficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI.\nGood knowledge of data analysis languages and tools, including SQL, Python and R.\nExperience with Big Data and/or Cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS) would be an advantage.\nSignificant experience in data analysis.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.\nAbility to translate complex analyses into clear, meaningful and impactful insights for different audiences.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple functions.\nWell-organised, self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently.\nResults-oriented, with strong influencing and communication skills.\nFluent in English.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application systemPlease upload your CV in English\n\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
