You will be responsible for managing employee HR administration, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data, and producing reports to support effective business management. This partnership represents a major European project integrating the renewable energy business with the retail business, which will enable us to progressively increase our offering of services, infrastructure, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater visibility and professional growth.\nMain responsibilities:\nHR Administration\nManage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.\nPrepare and manage employment contracts, amendments and other HR documentation.Manage administrative processes for new joiners and leavers.\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date and compliant employee records.\nEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data across HR systems and HRIS.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of HR administrative processes and procedures.\nHR Reporting and KPIs\nPrepare and maintain regular HR reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.\nCollect, consolidate and analyse HR data to ensure the quality and consistency of reported information.\nSupport the preparation of reports for management and Group HR teams.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of HR data collection and reporting processes.\nCross-functional HR Support\nIn addition to these core responsibilities, you will provide ad hoc support across a range of HR activities, including:\nRecruitment and Onboarding\nSupport recruitment administration and prepare employment documentation.\nCoordinate onboarding activities for new employees.\nTraining and Development\nProvide administrative and organisational support for the implementation of the skills development plan.\nMonitor training activities and maintain related dashboards.\nPayroll\nSupport the collection, verification and submission of variable payroll data.\nCoordinate the administrative information required for payroll processing.\nHR Projects\nSupport cross-functional HR projects as required.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools, processes and practices.\nSkills and experience required:\nDegree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, employment law or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong focus on HR administration.\nStrong knowledge of HR administration processes and employment law.\nExperience in HR reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS.\nProfessional proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to work with international stakeholders.\nExcellent organisational, analytical and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.\nProactive, reliable and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.\nCollaborative and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system\nPlease upload your CV in English\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
