Join us and help shape the future of energy in a dynamic and supportive environment.\nMain responsibilities\nProvide support and advice on environmental, health and safety laws and regulatory requirements to ensure HSE activities are aligned with local and international standards.\nConduct periodic HSE audits and inspections, review formal incident and accident investigations, and prepare supporting documentation.\nAdvise on HSE plan requirements and training programmes, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates relating to HSE aspects of projects.\nEnsure that contractors' HSE activities comply with Company policies and procedures by liaising with the Project HSE Team and conducting site visits.\nEnsure that HSE rules, supporting procedures and work instructions are implemented effectively and followed on a day-to-day basis.\nMaintain effective communication and relationships with staff and technical departments regarding HSE matters.\nPrepare all HSE reports requested by Eni Headquarters and maintain accurate records within the HSE database.\nAnalyse HSE performance and regulatory permit parameters, and provide professional recommendations for continuous improvement to achieve HSE goals and objectives.\nCapture lessons learned from incidents, accidents and near misses, and propose corrective and preventive measures across the organisation.\nAct as the point of contact with governmental regulatory agencies on HSE matters and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.\nEnsure that contractors comply with the timely submission of data required for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual HSE statistics, and provide relevant guidance where necessary.\nMaintain emergency preparedness and response capabilities through procedures tailored to the Company's organisation and activities, in compliance with Company policies and standards.\nSupport liaison with relevant government bodies, partners and other oil and gas companies to promote strong health, safety and environmental policies and maintain a high level of focus on HSE matters.\nSupport the preparation and management of the project budget.\nSkills and experience required\nBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in HSE operations within the oil and gas industry.\nKnowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and codes.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nStrong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively across multi-functional, multi-location, and multicultural organisations.\nProven ability to lead, coach, and develop both national and international staff.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, planning, and supervisory skills.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, with the ability to influence and educate personnel on HSE compliance and best practices.\nSelf-motivated team player with the ability to integrate successfully into an international and multicultural workforce.\nWhat we offer\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary: up to €36.000, depending on professional experience and specific skill set.\nPrivate medical insurance.\nPension/provident fund.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
