Banque Eni maintains a robust system for compliance with international anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations, and its operations predominantly cover European and US markets.\nMain responsibilities:\nProject management of a portfolio of IT projects for stakeholders across the business, from requirements gathering to planning, execution and monitoring. \nOngoing monitoring of all projects with updates provided to the relevant development team on a weekly basis, and to the wider IT team on a monthly basis. \nProject reporting to the ICT Manager on a weekly basis, maintaining a “project book” in the meantime to track all development activities.\nFunctional analysis of all new projects following meetings with the business, working with the ICT Manager to determine the development priorities.\nPrepare support documentation to assist the ICT Manager in meetings with the Management Committee.\nPrepare, completes and checks all project-related documentation, archiving this in accordance with the Eni Group, SOX and FSMA standards and requirements.\nSkills and experience required:\nDegree in an IT-related field.\nPrior experience in a project management or programme management role within IT.\nExperience working in a global business environment, managing both internal teams and external suppliers/vendors.\nPrevious experience with vendor selection and contracting.\nStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, networks and servers within a corporate environment.\nStrong understanding of ICT governance and compliance.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the business and externally, translating business requirements into effective solutions.\nFluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French would be an advantage.\nWhat we offer:\nSalary range: €90.000 - €110.000.
