You will be responsible for coordinating the sourcing and collection of used cooking oil (UCO), Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil, and other residues used as bio-feedstocks.\nAbout PT Eni Natural Energies Indonesia\nPT Eni Natural Energies Indonesia (ENE Indonesia), part of the Eni Group, focuses on sourcing bio-feedstock for Eni's biorefineries as part of Eni's distinctive vertically integrated biofuel supply chain model. As part of the Biomass Recovery and Valorisation team, you will:\nConduct economic analyses to assess the potential of agricultural, industrial and forestry residues, considering costs, logistics and market dynamics.\nIdentify and engage with counterparties to develop biofuel feedstock supply chains.\nNegotiate and draft supply contracts in collaboration with internal departments.\nManage POME collection and valorisation activities, coordinating with external collectors and overseeing the Company's network to ensure efficiency and quality.\nExpand ENE's direct POME collection network by identifying new collection points, training field collectors and ensuring a reliable supply chain.\nEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, sustainability certifications and industry standards.\nOptimise POME transportation and storage in collaboration with logistics partners.\nHealth, Safety and Environment (HSE): Ensuring compliance with Company HSE policies, standards and procedures, promoting a strong safety culture, reporting incidents, supporting HSE initiatives, overseeing contractor compliance, and contributing to the achievement of the Company's HSE objectives.\nSkills and experience required:\nMaster’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.\nExtensive experience in commercial or business development roles within the bio-feedstock sector, specifically involving Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil and/or Used Cooking Oil (UCO).\nExperience managing POME and/or UCO collection programmes or similar initiatives is preferred.\nDeep understanding of waste-based bio-feedstock supply chains (e.g. POME and UCO) for energy production.\nFamiliarity with waste-based bio-feedstock supply chains, including storage requirements and quality standards.\nKnowledge of sustainability certifications (e.g. ISCC) and renewable energy regulations.\nExpertise in biomass logistics and supply chain management.\nStrong analytical and negotiation skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nStrong project management and organisational skills.\nExperience training and supporting field collection teams.\nWillingness and availability to travel frequently within the region.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
