You will experience a truly multicultural, supportive, and dynamic work environment, with extensive learning opportunities, potential career mobility across teams and international roles, and a balanced lifestyle supported by a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health and well-being benefits.\nMain responsibilities:\nWith reference to the bio-feedstock operations of Eni Natural Energies Indonesia (including, for example, vegetable oils, used cooking oils and palm oil mill effluent oil), you will be responsible for:\nDefining bio-feedstock transportation, storage and handling solutions to support business operations while optimising technical and economic aspects.\nEnsuring that technical requirements are incorporated into logistics contracts for outsourced activities.\nSupporting the technical evaluation of logistics contractors' bids.\nManaging the planning, operation and execution of bio-feedstock transportation, storage and handling activities, both domestically and internationally.\nManaging outsourced logistics contractors.\nEnsuring bio-feedstock export operations comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.\nEnsuring an adequate procedural framework is in place for overall logistics operations.\nInterfacing with suppliers and clients to support logistics planning and execution.\nManaging contracts during the post-award phase in accordance with Company policies.\nHealth, Safety and Environment (HSE): Ensuring compliance with Company HSE policies, standards and procedures, promoting a strong safety culture, reporting incidents, supporting HSE initiatives, overseeing contractor compliance, and contributing to the achievement of the Company's HSE objectives.\nSkills and experience required:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or another quantitative field.\nExtensive experience in logistics management roles, preferably within the vegetable oils or biofuels sector.\nExperience managing the export of bio-feedstocks, including Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil and other palm-derived products.\nExperience managing the transportation, bulk storage and handling of bio-feedstocks, including Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil and other palm-derived products, as well as bulk vessel loading and unloading operations.\nUnderstanding of agro-industrial or agroforestry supply chains for energy production.\nFamiliarity with Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) oil, other palm-derived products, and used cooking oil (UCO) supply chains, including storage and quality standards.\nExpertise in biomass logistics and supply chain management.\nExpertise in export regulations and operations.\nStrong analytical and planning skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nStrong problem-solving skills.\nHow to apply:\nApplications are only accepted through our online application system.\nPlease upload your CV in English.\nAbout Eni\nEni is a global energy company operating in 61 Countries, with over 30,000 employees.
